Further Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also included in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling various areas of the land.

In addition to this are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.

More images disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
